Where do you deliver?

We only provide FREE delivery to Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur, selected areas in Selangor) and some areas are chargeable, please refer to delivery zones.


Do you deliver on Sundays or public holidays?

Yes, we do deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays.


Do you have a cut-off time for taking orders?

Yes we do, our order cut-off time (same day delivery) delivery is at 2:00 pm daily. Therefore, if you place an order before 2:00 pm today, your order will be delivered the same day. Or if you order after 2:00 pm today, your order will be delivered next day.


Can I pickup the orders myself?

Yes.


Can I change my order details?

You can email us at fruitnfloral@gmail.com or send us a Whatsapp at 011-2711 3648 to change your order details such as message card or shipping addresses.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all payment via VISA and Master Card credit card, Grabpay, TNG ewallet and bank transfer. If you don't wish to use a credit card, you may manually bank in the payment to us. Please send your payment slip via whatsapp.

How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order one (1) day before your intended delivery date. A 50% cancellation fee will be imposed. Please note that it will take up to 7 working days for the refund process to be completed. However, products delivered is Non Refundable.
